Digital Humanities

  Personally, I have found the digital humanities component of this course to be one of the most valuable and intriguing aspects. Before taking this class, I had never really considered the intersection of technology and the humanities. However, now I have come to understand the immense potential for digital tools to enhance our understanding of the humanities. From Neatline, to Omkea, TimeLineJS, and StoryMapJS we have been exposed to a wide variety of digital resources that have allowed us to delve deeper into the texts and topics we are studying. It has been exciting to see how these tools can bring new insights and perspectives to the humanities, and I am eager to explore this area further in my future studies. Moreover, I have appreciated how this course has encouraged us to think creatively about how we can use digital tools to present our own research and ideas.
